Woodsbury Public Preview (07-08/09/13)

The wait is finally over. Woodsbury Suites, the first luxury service apartment in Butterworth, was revealed to the public for the very first time. With its concept, The Urban X-scape, this latest installment to Harbour Place emphasizes on 4 key elements: X-pression, X-perience, X-ceed and X-act. Woodsbury is also the first development project in Butterworth to be Green Building Index certified.

 

The public preview was held at the brand new PJD Sales Gallery. With all the renovation works finally completed, there was no better time to unveil the gallery as well.

One of the most noteworthy difference for Woodsbury is the Butlers & Concierge Services that will be made available for all its residents and tenants. This service-centric offering includes Concierge, Housekeeping, Guest Relation and Management Services.

Woodsbury received a very warm welcome and the crowd throughout the 2-day preview was quite overwhelming.

And so was the sales...

The actual show units were also ready for viewing... 

The Golf Simulator is one of the few unique facilities of Woodsbury and to give potential purchasers a taste of what they can expect, one was temporarily installed at the sales gallery.

Games were organized for all the visitors as well to add even more excitement and fun to the occasion.

And no event is ever complete without food and drinks...

The Yang Berhormat Lim Hock Seng also took time off his busy schedule to experience The Urban X-scape concept first hand and he was certainly not disappointed.

And finally the site where Woodsbury will take shape. A 'nexpression' of chic city living will be making its way to Harbour Place - the first Metrocity in Butterworth.
