The Star Property Fair is using Gurney Plaza and G Hotel for its venue this time. This change of venue has transformed this annual event into a more classy and elegant one. The chosen venue is a center of activity at any given weekend. Now, with this property fair, you can expect the place to rise to yet another level.
Right in the middle of everything, PJD has set up a booth to promote its latest project, Ocean View Residences. The previous roadshow at Gurney Plaza did the job of creating awareness for this project among the islanders. PJD is even sponsoring a few lucky purchasers of Ocean View Residences a 5-day trip to Hong Kong Disneyland. The purchasers will be accompanied by Jack Lim, a MY FM DJ and actor.
I was in a rush hence I only managed to grab a copy of the brochures there. The very first thing I noticed in the brochure was the C.H.I.C + Easy program. Sounds attractive but unfortunately, the program period has already expired since 31-08-09. A call to your office revealed that there will be a new program coming soon. Perhaps can you shed some light on this new program?
