Harbour Place goes to P.I.P. (19-21/03/2010)

PJD was at the Penang International Property Expo 2010 at PISA to showcase their products like Ocean View Residences, the latest installment to Harbour Place. Great deals and promotions was offered during this expo and it was too good an opportunity to be missed.

The Chief Minister also made an appearance during the expo as he went about his official tour.

He made a quick stop at the Chic Urban Living booth along the way.

Prosperity Celebrations (27&28/02/2010)

The Harbour Place Sales Gallery was one big festive celebration as PJD held its Spring of Prosperity celebrations.

The event was a real crowd-puller and it was no surprise to see the sales gallery packed with visitors. I guess everyone was in the mood for Chinese New Year celebrations.

There were a number of interesting and fun booths to keep the crowd happy. The traditional items created quite an impact on the visitors, especially the ones that let the visitors get a hands-on experience as well.

No event will ever be complete if there is no food...

The live band help contributed to the festive atmosphere.


It is not only the booths that have caught the crowd's interest. The trendy Ocean View Residences with its latest layout also has its share of attention.

What better way to welcome in the year of the Tiger than to have souvenirs of the mighty beast...

And a "Tiger Dance" treat...

A visit by the God of Prosperity himself got the crowd really excited.

And to top it all off, Mr. Jack Lim decided to join in the fun as well.

He kept the crowd entertained with his personality and humour. He even organized a few friendly competitions that was very well received like this singing contest...

True to the tradition of every Chinese New Year, there was also the tossing of the "Loh Sang" with Jack Lim leading the way.

With the land clearing and piling works completed, the super structure works have commenced. Chic Urban Living is finally taking shape in the heart of Butterworth.

The Spring of Prosperity Celebrations (22/02/10)

PJD will be organizing a fun-filled event in conjunction with the Chinese New Year and the launching of a new layout for Ocean View Residences. The event will be held from the 27-28 of February 2010 from 10am to 6pm at the Harbour Place Sales Gallery in Butterworth.

There will be exciting offers in store for everyone. So, this is an opportunity not to be missed...


On hand to entertain are the traditional Chinese Folk Art showcase, lion dances and games.

There will even be a talk by a Feng Shui master that will enlighten you with his knowledge.

Movie Star and renowned radio DJ, Mr. Jack Lim will be making a guest appearance as well...

Queensbay Mall Roadshow (08-10/01/10)

Ocean View Residences made an appearance at this popular shopping complex for the first time to further promote chic urban living in the heart of Butterworth.

The main promotion for the Chinese New Year was launched at this roadshow and it will certainly make quite an impact on the local market.

Movie Day (18&19/12/2009)

PJD group organized a "Movie Day" for the residents of Harbour Place as part of their CSR program which is basically showing their appreciation to the residents by organizing social events and so forth. For this Movie Day, PJD booked 2 screening session for Assassins & Bodyguards and Avatar for the residents to enjoy at GSC in Sunway Carnival Mall.

This event was well received by the residents as there was a huge turn-out on both days.

PJD also took this opportunity to create more awareness for their latest project, Ocean View Residences, to the public by having a roadshow at the cinema premises as well.

All the activities around the PJD booth area attracted even more crowd from the mall as curiosity got the better of them.

The management also took the time to attend a "mini" press conference for members of the press that attended the event.
